Worst experience in leasing. Managers never followed through on promise to provide information. There was a 'you need to talk to a different person' each time I tried to speak to Managers never followed through on promise to provide information. There was a 'you need to talk to a different person' each time I tried to speak to a manager/financial agent/seller. Was given the run around from the beginning of the deal. Car was delivered without any paperwork. Title had the wrong address on it; even though we provided the correct address. Dealership made sure I could not back out of the deal from day one. Communication is none existent. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to my fellow retirees/veteran/friends/family/co-workers. More

I had my filters changed. The air filter was fitted behind my glovebox. The glovebox was jammed and wouldn’t close. Called about a new Tacoma that was listed and priced. Only to find out the dealer has a $10,000 mark up that wasn't listed in the advertised price.
