This was the worst experience I had at Toyota at any dealership. From when I first walked in to meet with my advisor I was not greeted but instead told to no sit over there instead with no explanation o dealership. From when I first walked in to meet with my advisor I was not greeted but instead told to no sit over there instead with no explanation or greeting or anything. 5min go by and no one says anything to me. I didn’t even get a “hello”. The man underneath my advisor Roger, I forget his name was nice and did help me but it was weird and awkward. They were acting super unprofessional in front of me and ignoring me as I sat there patiently and nicely waiting to be helped. Again I do not blame the man underneath Roger who ended up helping me more and he was nice but the whole thing was weird to start and I was very turned off. I will not be going back to Roger again. I think he should not be the supervisor honestly and the other man should be in charge of him by how I was treated. I felt Roger was super unprofessional and clearly didn’t care about me being there at all. I should not have received this type of service at a dealership of all places. I also purchased my car from Toyota and it turns me off from purchasing again. More
