I knew I wasn’t getting a loaded car, but little did I know how bare bones it was. To top off the experience, they sent me off with barely a half tank of gas. Not too classy. I suspect my next experience, in a couple years, will no doubt be with Toyota of Hollywood. More

I called in for a repair. They took me in the next morning. I drove up a tech took my info pulled the cars info up, we turned the car over to them and went in for paperwork. Very professional (Eric?) showed us a very nice place to wait, offered coffee/ tea donuts or cookies. Told us it might be an hour. A few minutes later he estimated the cost and asked if that was ok. Was done quickly, for less than the estimate. Our party of 6 very happily left to continue our vacation. I praise that dealership continually all I met were great. Even though the refreshment lady had to step away for a few minutes another was there to serve with kind words and a smile. It was a great experience. I had called another location and they didn’t contact me back. Glade we went here. More

I purchased my last 2 vehicles there and I have all maintenance serv I have been using Lipton Toyota Services on Oakland Park Blvd. for over a decade. I purchased my last 2 vehicles there and I have all maintenance service and repairs done at the Toyota Service Center. Their Customer Service is always very professional and helpful, easy to make appointments, and very accommodating with people’s personal schedules. Their technicians are top notch, never had any complains. Service Reps also very nice and helpful, received help from Alex Matos and Hunter. Many thanks! More

Bait and switch Went to the dealership looking for a car I found online that was supposed to be on the lot. Upon arrival the first thing the salesperson does is stick me in a different vehicle and tell me to drive around in it and tell me how much better this vehicle is than the one I'm looking for and that it has all the bells and whistles. I was already thinking this is a bait-and-switch tactic they're probably not even find the car. I was right we drove around never to find the car. Came back into the cell center sit down with the sales rep 10 with the sales manager who claims that he can give me a better deal on the car that I drove around. It isn't the car I came to see I said I want to see the car I came to see. He said it must be in the shop in the back getting detailed or some phony thing but he could not get to it because it was closed up for the day. He proceeded to ask me what my budget was and said I could make a deal with you. He said he had to go talk to his manager after 10 minutes he comes back and tells me a price $5,000 more than what I came in for and another vehicle that I don't even want. Just to let you know don't believe what you see on line when it comes to the car dealerships a lot of their vehicles are not even there and it's just a tactic to get you in. Just walk away like I did and never go back and tell everyone how bad it business these dealerships are so no one else goes through the pain and suffering that I had to go through. More

Shaheed Khan is a sales person that is extremely rude. He really needs to take a course in customer service, and work on improving his attitude. He’s beyond rude! I would not recommend him to anyone purchasing/leasing a car. There was an issue with the car before delivery - which he assured me would be a quick fix. Turns out, it was not a quick or easy fix. Then I tried to get in contact with him several times and he would always say he’s busy, and would never return my calls. Then, when I went back to the dealership to ask about it, he was VERY RUDE and walked away. Another employee after hearing him, came to me and apologized, and suggested I see the GM. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend him to anyone. More
