Don’t try calling this dealership cause no one seems to want to answer the phone. The service department is horrible. The service department employees are not good at communicating with the customer, they want to answer the phone. The service department is horrible. The service department employees are not good at communicating with the customer, they will see you waiting and will ignore you, they should at least say “someone will be with you” or “have you been helped” or “who’s next”, acknowledge the customer, please. If you are getting anything done make sure you have no plans for that day because they are slow or don’t have enough workers. The one thing good I can say about this dealership, they have great sales people. We usually buy two cars at a time but if there is no improvement in the service department we will take our business elsewhere. More
