Service department does not honor appointments..Still Service department does not honor appointments.. Still waiting for Part department to call me. Waiting for my Sales guy and his supervisor to call m Service department does not honor appointments.. Still waiting for Part department to call me. Waiting for my Sales guy and his supervisor to call me..Called and left messages 7 times never returned my calls Bought a bed cover for $1,250 it was put on wrong and missing pieces... Cup holder on the passenger door missing was told they would order me one 7 weeks ago never got it... After you buy a truck you don't exist anymore More

I purchased a bed cover for $1,250 for them to install I had to wait 3 day for a appointment that the service department do not honor...After a rain the thing leaks because it was installed wrong...They did had to wait 3 day for a appointment that the service department do not honor...After a rain the thing leaks because it was installed wrong...They didn't install the weather stripping in the front, they left a 1 inch Gap in the back where it also leaked and left out 2 other parts....I have been calling my sales man and his boss around 7 times that sold me the truck September 7 going on 3 weeks and no one called me back... Now for the parts department, I ordered a part on a Thursday was told it would come in the next day he told me I'LL CALL YOU WHEN THE PART COMES IN. I called Friday the part didn't come in but WE WILL CALL ME. Saturday I called again they were to busy to check if the part came in but THEY WILL CALL ME. 6 weeks later I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO CALL ME... FYI I have to pay someone else to fix the truck bed cover... More
