Overall the experience was good, Brody did a great job. However, as an online customer, I would have to say that the overall experience was not as tight as it could be. I was contacted by Doug, then Jade, and finally by Brody. I really had no idea who I was my point of contact was before I arrived at the dealership. In big-ticket sales, customers need a very clear idea as to who they are dealing with and who they are to follow back up with. Once the online customer's needs are assessed then there needs to be a clear hand-off and introduction to the salesperson that will be their point of contact and taking care of them for the rest of the transaction.
