Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT of Santa Fe

Big shout-out to Service Advisor Justin Pitman and the rest of the Service team at Lithia CDJRF of Sante Fe. Our 2025 Jeep GC, which we purchased in our hometown of Plano, Texas and that only had 6,500 mi rest of the Service team at Lithia CDJRF of Sante Fe. Our 2025 Jeep GC, which we purchased in our hometown of Plano, Texas and that only had 6,500 miles on it, broke down in Springer, NM on our return trip from Angel Fire to Plano on the first Saturday in January 2026. Check Engine light came on first, followed by Low Oil Pressure warning. A cracked oil cooler housing caused all oil to leak from the engine. We had it towed 140 mis and dropped off at Lithia, the nearest authorized dealer. We had to be in Plano the next day, so we rented a car in Sante Fe and completed the 700-mile trip. On Monday, Justin began working with Chrysler and our local dealer in Plano to determine if it was a warranty repair. It took a few days, but Chrysler agreed cover the repair, the cost of the tow, rental car, and associated costs. We returned to Sante Fe on Jan 15 to pick up the Jeep, which not only had been repaired, but also washed and vacuumed. Justin was great to work with, especially given distances involved.
