I really didn't want to buy a vehicle but my truck was on it's last leg and I did not want to be stranded between Fairbanks and Anchorage. I walked in because I know a mechanic there and a sales person who is a friend of a friend who I now consider one of my friends. They both answered all of my questions and when I got a little nervous they both worked with me on what I need worked out. After I decided on a vehicle it was late and the finance person said he would get with me tomorrow to see he could make it work and I said that's fine and I am not holding my breath. The next day they called and said everything is approved so come on down! Now the excitement came because this is my first new car and I am 53 years old and I couldn't stop smiling. Every single person that I came into contact with was awesome, there was even a guy showing me videos about my Jeep while the sales person had to talk to a finance person. Long story short, this was an amazing experience. More

My Experience Buying a car from Lithia I didn't come in to buy a car. I was having service done on our older Chrysler. A young man came over and asked me if I wanted to look at a newer mode I didn't come in to buy a car. I was having service done on our older Chrysler. A young man came over and asked me if I wanted to look at a newer model of my car. When I was looking at our present new car, Troy came over and explained all the new gadgets to me. Troy was very helpful and patient to us older folks. I know I asked some of the same questions more than once. When we picked the new car up, he sat with us in the car to help us set up the many different programs and make sure we understood the systems. I thought that was beyond his normal job. Troy was very knowledgeable about the workings of the Chrysler 300S. Marcus made all the signing easier. He had everything all copied and explained every page to us. He was knowledgeable and patient. I knew I wanted a Jeep Grand Cher The day was finally here. My kids were old enough that my days of needing my "hockey mom minivan" were finally over. I knew I wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee, so my husband and I went to Lithia, having had great experiences with them in the past. Troy Jarvis, general manager, put us in contact with Patrick Osbon to help us. I knew exactly what I wanted features-wise, but unfortunately the Grand Cherokee model with the features, color, and interior that I wanted was not in-state. Patrick was very helpful and accommodating in helping us order exactly what I wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the process helped make the ordering process easy. Since there were very specific things I wanted in my new vehicle, he kindly endured and answered all of my questions. He was always easy to reach and was always friendly to deal with. If he didn’t have an answer to one of my questions, he was prompt in getting the answer and getting back to me. He walked me through all of the possible features on my order from wheel size to headlights to the interior technology options. I was very satisfied with the final choices I made. The vehicle took about two months to arrive and the wait was well worth it! Beautiful vehicle! Upon arrival, Patrick took pictures of the vehicle and sent them to me, then invited me to come down at my convenience so he could show me all of the Jeep’s features to ensure I knew how they all worked. He was very knowledgeable about all of the warranty options and extra features, too. He was honest about what was worth doing and what was not as necessary. I finally got to drive my new Jeep away a few days later after the running boards were installed. After the whole process was over, I felt like Patrick was more of a friend than a salesperson. He really cares about his clients and gives excellent customer service. I have driven my new Grand Cherokee for about a week now and it drives awesome. I absolutely love it! The whole experience of buying this new vehicle was terrific; the service and the vehicle itself. Extremely satisfied with both.
