(Patience is a virtue.) Instead of buying a pre-owned vehicle, he helped on getting me my very first 2016 Patriot Sport 4x4, never in my life I thought I would own a brand new vehicle :). I also thought that the sales staff Harold Salisbury, and Isaiah Miller as well as their finance staff Marcus Reed, were very professional and courteous, I really enjoyed working with them! So in that aspect Five Stars All The Way! The reason I am giving this a 3 star rating is because the entire experience from me walking in to me actually driving off took entirely too long (Over 5 hrs). When I walked in I knew what I wanted and was already coming into the dealer pre-approved so basically ahead of the game when it came down to the bottom line. I feel the major contributing factor to the "extended sale" was when they went to retrieve the vehicle for a test drive and found that the vehicle had been sitting so long in the cold (and it had obviously had not been started in a while) that it was frozen and they were unable to move it. I don't think ill of this dealer in any way I think this is an isolated incident and as life would have it, was my luck of the draw so to speak. I was very thankful for the gentlemen in their service department who worked very diligently at getting the vehicle thawed out and running (GREAT JOB!) So I feel that this review may not help the consumer as much as I hope this helps the dealer to use it as a leaning experience. So in summation if this is the only part that you read, know this: Lithia Chrysler Dodge RAM of Anchorage is a great place to consider when looking to purchase a vehicle!
