I was looking for a 2012 Dodge Durango RT. I was meet with a nice greeting by salesman Nate, who was ready to help me. Nate waded through drifts of snow searching for the Durango RT's that were mixed in with other Durangos as well as a few other vehichles until he found the one I was interested in. No complaining, just gung ho in getting me what I wanted, even though he really wasn't dressed to wade in the snow. (he was not wearing boots) After we got the vehichle out, My wife and I looked it over, we all went for a test drive and decidied we liked it. Nate worked hard to get me the price I wanted, and the dicounts available, as well as the best interst rate he could. Overall, I was happy with the experince. Now for the negatives, that are no ones fault per say, just ways that could improve things for buyers. I know it takes awhile to run all the background checks and such, and it always takes hours to buy a new car, but I wish there was a way to speed up the process. Keeping the rest rooms stocked with paper products. Enough said there. More

Troy's Dodge lot had a similar vehicle used. A salesman whose name I do not recall rode with me in the used model to see if my perceived problem was unique to my truck or a characteristic of the vehicle. That sort of customer care goes a long way with me and makes referral an easy task. I drive by their lot daily ( there are many dealerships along my route). k Keeping vehicles clean and ready to show is a challenge in a snowy climate. The Dodge lot is either clean or being cleaned as I drive by.... that speaks volumes.... can't sell what you can't see. More
