The process currently in use for Lithia's misleadingly named 'Express Lube' has not improved over many months, and shows no respect for their customer's ability to efficiently schedule the limited number named 'Express Lube' has not improved over many months, and shows no respect for their customer's ability to efficiently schedule the limited number of hours in their busy days. Know that when you add your name to the app you must download on your phone, and use on a given day in order to be seen for an oil change, that the minutes that come up do not represent an appointment! You have NO APPOINTMENT. You are simply on a list of people who are now authorized by Lithia to compete on a 'first come- first served' basis that day! If your name is not on that list, you will be refused service. I arrived 15 minutes early for what appeared to be an appointment, when at 7:35 in the morning the app reported 190 minutes. I rearranged my day based on what Lithia's app implies is an appointment. I waited 3 hours for the oil change, and had to cancel a favor I had offered a friend because I was still waiting for my vehicle. Management at Lithia should be embarrassed by what is currently going on in their Express Lube Service Center. I am taking even more precious time to deal with Lithia the-day-after because this is the THIRD oil change in a row that has gone down poorly, time-wise, at Lithia, which means that Lithia's management has had ample time to put in place a process that would work, but quite clearly has not. Getting an oil change at Lithia's 'Express Lube' should not be more difficult than getting that same service at other Express Lube Services in town, nor should it be more difficult than going for services in any other area of life. I should add that the people who work at Lithia, at the direct contact level, are also victim's of their manager's failure to implement a process that works. It sets them up to have to deal with a higher percentage of dissatisfied customers. My only suggestion to them was to give updates to those waiting. In three hours sitting in Lithia's waiting room, I was given no updates as to 'how much longer'? More

I received an oil change last year in December and I tried to get an oil change this year. They have this new app they wanted to use and it tells you they never have an opening for one, two you call in tried to get an oil change this year. They have this new app they wanted to use and it tells you they never have an opening for one, two you call in (first come first serve is their usual policy) and they tell you to use the app (that never has an opening), and three when you do get service they’re lazy or decide to not perform the work correctly. I took my vehicle in somewhere else today and the mechanics told me my oil plug wasn’t placed back on the vehicle. I’ve been driving my vehicle with some strange issues the past few months and my oil level being lower than usual. One of my family members is disabled and uses the vehicle and finding out today Lithia did a half xxx job and put my family at risk isn't okay nor should we have to pay with our lives for their incompetence. Do not go here or risk your vehicle. It’s not worth the risk. More

They make you pay for their mistakes I brought my truck to them for a repair, that was not done correctly. They said that my leaking rear differential was not that bad. Only to bring it back to them a second time. Only this time it was only a 1000 miles later and my axel broke because of their bad call. Now let me remind you I paid them my deductible once. Now this time they kept my truck from 1/27 to 4/13 of this year, and they still had the nerve to charge me again for the same job. I wanted my truck back and my wife was there to keep me cool. So she said to pay them and we would deal with it later. They wouldn’t even apologize for their bad call . I will be in touch with the local news media about this. Maybe even some advertising about their lack of professionalism. I will not ever go back to them for anything. They haven’t heard the last of me. This site wants me to rate them but they don’t have anything lower than one star. More

A couple years ago I mov I bought my 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 from Litha Dodge, Anchorage, AK and Tony Allen has been taking care of my service for years. A couple years ago I moved to Boise, ID and Tony told me if I had questions about my truck to call him. I received a quote from a dealer in Boise, ID and Tony was more than happy to discuss the quote with me. I without hesitation strongly recommend Tony. He goes out of his way to provide great customer service and cares about his customers! If I move back to Alaska, I would strongly consider buying another truck from Litha Dodge, because of the outstanding service I have received over the years from Tony! More

A huge waste of time! I scheduled my car for service on the 19th of september. I walked in the service department around 7 Am. The service reps. were not in any hurry to greet people much less help them .After about a 5 minute awkward wait the cashier lady asked me if i had an appointment and with who? I replied that i did and was not shure who with. I was finally introduced to the service provider who told me that he did not see the warranty that i had purchased earlier. After several minutes of discussing about why he did not see the warranty i told him that i would personally call up the lithia branch where i purchased the warranty and provided him with the contract number. After this i was ready to go to my work which was on base. I recognized the driver and asked him if i could get a ride to base. He told me that he was sorry but his wife was having a problem and he could not help me but another service representative could. I certainly understood and talked to the other rep. About getting a ride back to my job on base. The rep told me that he would call a uber driver to get me to my job. I said thank you and went out to meet the driver. After about a 5 minute wait i met the uber driver who told me he could not get on base. I then went to the rep and informed him that. He said that he would call me another driver hat could get me on base to my job. I said thank you and went out to meet the driver When the driver met me the first thing that he told me was that he could not get on base.I was understandably frustrated at this point and went to the rep to inform him that the second driver could not get on base. He informed me that he could not help me and that i should get a cab at my own expense. He said the problem was the older gentleman had to go home sick. I was very frustrated with the situation because there was no resolution to my problem and it did not seem they were willing to help me and they were blaming the situation on the driver who had to go home. As a supervisor myself i could not believe that a company as big as lythia did not have a back up plan for this situation and the reps seemed like this was normal to treat a customer like this. I made it well known to them what i thought and asked for my car back so i could get back to work in a timely manner. I was surprised on how i was treated as a customer with such a non professional attitude! More
