Car had several issues that needed to be repaired but Manager was unwilling to fix more than a few and actually ended up wanting more than the advertised price when all was said and done. We went to a small used dealership and bought a jeep for a lot less money, needs no repairs, looks twice as nice, in a lot better condition (inside and out) and no bull # from the dealer. Thanks Lithia but no thanks for the experience with you. I will never step into a Lithia Dealership again! More

It would be nice if there was a little better put together lounge for my waiting time there but honestly that's a petty complaint. The place is clean and well kept. I am not sure how it is completely priced on repairs ect as mine was warranty work but as far as their work......if you gave them less than a 10 you would be lying about it. Of course my needs were simple and some peoples work might be much more involved with much larger issues so its good to state what your experiences are so that others can use them as a guideline. This is all assuming the site doesn't edit out any complaints ect. Keep it between the line folks and drive on...... More
