I tried numerous times to make an online appointment for an oil change. I left two voicemails in the service department and did not receive a callback. I finally emailed and got a call back to schedule my appointment. I came in for an oil change and wasn't greeted for a minute or two despite being the only customer in the check-in area. When my car was done I mentioned I would like to use the $5 off coupon listed on the dealer's webpage. The service manager asked that I provide proof of the coupon's existence on the website. I couldn't get the website pulled up on my phone, nor is it mobile friendly so I said forget it. I have know idea who I worked with as neither person introduced themselves. More

This is my second jeep I bought from lithia, my experience this time was not good,salesman not very helpful, jeep I bought needed lot's of repairs to make safe driving, lithia eventually paid for s experience this time was not good,salesman not very helpful, jeep I bought needed lot's of repairs to make safe driving, lithia eventually paid for some,I had to pay 1299.00 out of pocket to have repairs done.Lithia service offered to do for 1799.00 but I went to les schwab instead .Lithia service department did get me 2 free Uber rides,very nice service.. i.love lithia and my jeeps,still feel I'm owed 1299.00 for my out of pocket repairs.
