My oil change took 2 hours which is ridiculously long when someone is waiting at the dealership. My appointment was at 10:30..At 12:00, they came to ask me if I wanted a $65 air filter. They hadn’t started. When I walked in, three men were at the service desk. One had a mask but under his nose and the other two had NO MASKS AT ALL.! Then a women came in who did wear a mask. No one in the service area seems to be masked nor parts. You, LITHIA are part of the problem. I don’t intend to ever come back. Who do you think you are? More
The service was good. The wait time good. I did have to question if my tire pressure was addressed as it didn't show on my service invoice and the tire pressure read the same as when I took it in...still questioning that a bit. And, from a positive note, Lithia was unable to reproduce a situation so did not charge me for the diagnostics, which I appreciated immensely as apparently it's not covered via warranty. More

Hourly Shop rate is waaaay too high. To blow out water sunroof drain $145?! To plug computer into vehicle to say what’s wrong $145?! Our salesman was engaging, but was either playing the old "I have to check with my manager" game or wasn't very knowledgeable in all aspects of the sale. We didn't get as good of a deal as the other Jeep dea "I have to check with my manager" game or wasn't very knowledgeable in all aspects of the sale. We didn't get as good of a deal as the other Jeep dealer in town, but they didn't have as much inventory as Lithia. I wanted to wait but, my wife found one she liked and we paid the higher price. More
