I live about 40 mins away and since I bought my truck there, decided to try their service. Had a scheduled service time, arrived about 5 mins early, checked in and took a seat. About 45 mins later I re there, decided to try their service. Had a scheduled service time, arrived about 5 mins early, checked in and took a seat. About 45 mins later I realized my truck still was were I dropped it off. They finally took it back after 55 mins. The service was quick and everyone was great, just disappointed in a 1.5 hr scheduled oil change. More

I brought my car in Monday for a scheduled oil change. When I left the dealership I heard a rattling in my engine. I called the next day, Tuesday, to ask about bringing my car in to have the rattling look When I left the dealership I heard a rattling in my engine. I called the next day, Tuesday, to ask about bringing my car in to have the rattling looked at. The girl from the service department seemed clueless and when I asked about getting a loaner while my car was being looked at, she immediately transferred me to somebody else without saying anything. I left a message with that person but never received a call back. Thursday I called the dealership again to ask about dropping my car off and getting a loaner. The woman on the phone said that I would need to pay a $35 fee for the loaner. I explained to her that the issue was caused during an oil change on Monday and that my car was still fully under warranty and I shouldn’t need to pay for a loner. She said that I would still need to pay the $35 fee and I immediately asked to speak with a supervisor. I again left a voicemail with the supervisor and hung up and called the dealership and asked to speak with the service manager. The service manager was able to get me an appointment the next morning and secure a loaner vehicle without a fee. The issue with the rattling was caused by the splash plate not being bolted back down after the oil change on Monday. I was an aircraft mechanic for four years and I’m not sure how a main plate doesn’t get bolted back down. I should not of had to call 4+ times and speak with a manager before being able to get an appointment set up. This issue took several hours out of my day, time off of work, and stress not knowing why my engine was rattling so loudly all from a basic service that I paid for. I’d like an oil change credited to my account to make up for this. The customer service I had was horrible other than the service manager who is able to quickly and efficiently able to get an appointment and loaner set up for me. More
