I always bring my vehicle there. I got charged for a oil plug. Was told last place I took vehicle must have stripped plug. Well, I only bring my car there. Then was told wear and tear would case plug to str plug. Was told last place I took vehicle must have stripped plug. Well, I only bring my car there. I stood there waiting for the person to check me in I even had the registration so they could get it in the computer correctly. The unprofessionalism I endured was the worst I’ve had in a long time. I will not be returning. They had me sit down and then an hour and a half later I walked up to the counter to see how long it would be and was told the keep was ready. Horrible... they informed me to take a seat and they would have me sign paperwork and they never once came to look for me or tell me they got everything updated. More
