I don't typically visit dealerships for service, but there were a few open recalls on my 3500 that needed accomplished. I will say that this was the most positive experience with a service department th there were a few open recalls on my 3500 that needed accomplished. I will say that this was the most positive experience with a service department that I have ever had. They were informative of the available maintenance due based upon my mileage, however the surprising part is that they were completely accepting when I told them I was not interested. There were no tricks, attempts at persuasion or anything of the like. I truly appreciated this, as far too many a time have I had to stand at a service counter and argue (not at this dealership). The maintenance was done correctly (most importantly) and was even completed well ahead of their initial estimate. I will most definitely be referring these professionals to anyone in the area from this point forward and will be stopping here first when I upgrade down the road. More
