I wasn’t welcomed upon arrival. Wasn’t told how long the wait would approximately be. Then after the service I wasn’t even told what was causing my flat tire just simply asked for my credit card. This isn’t the first time I have had my vehicle in for service and both times it has been an awful experience. Pretty sad considering the amount of money we spent on our vehicle at that location. I will never do business here besides my oil changes since I purchased them for life with the sale of the vehicle. I also purchased a used vehicle at Lexus and they treat me like gold.
