On the few occasions when one of our vehicles has had an issue, the Service Department has taken the time to thoroughly investigate the problem and then to make sure we know what the problem was and how it was taken care of. I have recommended Lithia to friends and family for both purchases and service, and will continue to do so. More

Professional service but very busy. I've had two major repair jobs done here. The work itself has been excellent both times. Always a good experience for me, my dog and the Jeep! Wonderful new facility that is a joy to visit. Very comfortable lounge area. I still had 1400 miles to go before I actually hit 30K and said I did not think I would use that many miles before my next oil change in three months. The service writer looked at my past mileage on the computer and verified that I had only driven 1,000 miles since my last oil change. I deferred service til next visit. Seems to me that if you get any service earlier than you need too, your vehicle has to go that much longer before the next service is needed in those areas. More
