I wouldn't purchase another vehicle here. I was told there was 1 recall. After purchasing on the way out the door I attempted to make apt. to get recall fixed. I even said what I was only told about 1 recall. was told the parts would be in June 26th. I called June 25th to make apt. for when part would be in. The lady I spoke with was rude. I told her 3 times my name was Melissa and she kept calling me sir. She told me that I couldn't make apt. until part was in and they were having a hard time getting part. Every time I said something she interrupted me. She said if you listen to me. Obviously she wasn't listening to me otherwise she wouldn't keep calling me sir. I told her I was worried because the truck was running rough and I didn't know if driving it would damage the truck while waiting for the parts. She said don't drive it. I said I have to go to work. Not good customer service. Not once did she say I'm sorry we're working on it. More
Last time I went in for an oil change and inspection. I asked to have everything on the inspection completed. This time I had to go in for a tire repair and after it was completed I had to remind them abou asked to have everything on the inspection completed. This time I had to go in for a tire repair and after it was completed I had to remind them about the stuff that wasn’t completed the first time and had to wait an extra hour for the vehicle to be brought back inside to have everything done. Then I had to make a third transaction to replace the inflation aid after asking to have it done before they repaired the tire. More
My wife and I spoke with John Lamboy over the phone about our trade. John asked us many questions about it. One question was did we have both key fobs. We told him we have both. When we got to the dealer John began our paperwork process. He handed my one key fob for the new vehicle. As time went on he never gave me a 2nd fob. I asked him where the other fob was and he said he only had 1. I said that wasn’t right that it would cost a lot of money for a new one like a couple hundred dollars. He said probably. I called ford to ask them how much it would cost and they said $495.00. I told John that I shouldn’t have to pay for a second fob and he said “ I never promised you another fob” very rudely. I told him he never told me it didn’t have a second one. I got upset and told him I wouldn’t buy the vehicle unless he provided one. He finally said he would after talking with his supervisors. Then he came back to me and said the last owner has the other fob and I could come pick it up tomorrow at 5pm. I agreed that work be fine as long as the the fob was in working order. So, I finished the deal. The finance manager was awesome by the way, 5 stars for him only. Then I was sent back out to John who had someone else walk us to our vehicle where nothing was explained to us about the vehicle or how to use the nav/radio or anything. Nothing at all just have a nice day. I came back the next day around 6pm. John came out to me and we tried the key fob on the car. It didn’t work he said the battery was dead and parts was closed. He said they closed at 6pm. He had the fob since 5 and could’ve had a new battery ready since I live 35 minutes away. So, I had to come back another day again. He said he would have a new battery in it by 8:30 am and ready to go so it will be ready whenever I get there so I would not have to wait. I drove all the way back AGAIN around noon and he was with another customer. Took him a bit for him to break away and tell me he didn’t put a battery in the fob. We went to parts and finally got one put in and it worked, finally. I have never been treat that poorly at a dealership in my life. In fact, I would say I have enjoyed the experience and rated 5 stars every time I’ve bought another vehicle except this particular time. Honestly, I have other bad experiences at other types of businesses but I usually won’t rate them cause feel like in most instances the person was trying and I feel bad giving them a bad review. This time was just terrible and I felt John really didn’t try and was very rude! More

When I bought my 2018 Dodge Ram 4x4 2500 I was sold a free oil change for life. I was told “just take it in to any dealership at any time -no appointment needed and it is free”. Well I have yet to Dodg free oil change for life. I was told “just take it in to any dealership at any time -no appointment needed and it is free”. Well I have yet to Dodge in Roseburg honor that. I have been paying for my oil changes since I bought the truck. Big rip off and very disappointing that I was taken advantage of because I do not live in Eugene and can’t always find the time to drive up there. Upsetting More
