Which was some sort of alcohol ( still stinks in the car. 3rd there was no additional keys. The buying experience is great, this is our second time with them. But, now I have to pay over $700 to get those issues fixed. And also was told they will fill up the tank before we take it, it wasn't full tank of gas. We were out of town customers. More

It is 1 car and all things should be looked at every-time it is at the repair shop. And it should be 1 fee not 3. Especially at $95 each. I was caught off guard but in the end it was 2 issues under warranty. When you enter the service area there is nowhere to wait for the next available person other than in the door way which constantly triggers the door to open. It’s very awkward. If there is a better place to wait someone should suggest it. More

Dodge is the absolute worst on customer service Dodge has the worst customer service of any brand and dealerships. I had a front park sensor go out at 8,400 miles and had an exhaust sensor, which th Dodge has the worst customer service of any brand and dealerships. I had a front park sensor go out at 8,400 miles and had an exhaust sensor, which the service manager at the Ontario Auto Ranch told me was the result of a bad design, got broken driving on a dirt road. The service manager told me they had fixed eight under warranty over the last 6 months but they refused to fix mine because I took it down a dirt road. When I took the truck in for the other warranties I told Lithia that the front sensor had been out since 8,400 miles and Ontario Auto Ranch had the info and refused to fix it. Dave told me they had to go by the mileage they saw which was 37,000. As a result I had to pay for the part. I will never recommend Dodge to anyone including my worst enemy. I have found your corporation to be absolutely useless and am going to get rid of this Junk as soon as I can. I will even bet I don’t hear any thing back from this review which will not surprise me going off past experience. You are welcome to contact me. More
