After some brief back and forth clarifying my desires for the ordering, got a price. Price was good and the truck got ordered. Took a little longer than expected to arrived but the dealer can't control that process. Truck was delivered 2.5 months later. Very positive buying experience. A newer promo was in effect when the truck was delivered and I got an additional $1000 off of the agreed upon price. That is a stand-up dealership! More

Not Happy I was checked in at 9:24, was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. Many customers came into the reception area after me and almost all of I was checked in at 9:24, was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. Many customers came into the reception area after me and almost all of them left before I did...for an oil change/DEF fill/ tire rotate. I didn’t leave your facility until close to noon. I also came in with a card saying my truck had a recall for a drag link. I told the advisor that the work had been done on my last visit. It took an awfully long time for her to confirm that that had happened. I asked if the service had been logged in to reflect that the work was done so I no longer receive confusing messages. She kept the card and I hope that it has been taken care of. I purchased the lifetime oil package and the extended service agreement (for which I have received nothing) for peace of mind. I believe the oil deal says I am entitled to an oil change every 3000 miles or 3 months, whichever is first. The reminder stickers used to reflect that, this newest says 5000 miles or six months. It seems as though you are trying to control my visits now. I do not believe I have been abusing this in any way and have tried to time my visits around the 3 or 4 recalls I have had. Other than the service advisor canceling my charge for DEF, I am not at all pleased with this latest visit. More
