Not Happy I was checked in at 9:24, was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. Many customers came into the reception area after me and almost all of I was checked in at 9:24, was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. Many customers came into the reception area after me and almost all of them left before I did...for an oil change/DEF fill/ tire rotate. I didn’t leave your facility until close to noon. I also came in with a card saying my truck had a recall for a drag link. I told the advisor that the work had been done on my last visit. It took an awfully long time for her to confirm that that had happened. I asked if the service had been logged in to reflect that the work was done so I no longer receive confusing messages. She kept the card and I hope that it has been taken care of. I purchased the lifetime oil package and the extended service agreement (for which I have received nothing) for peace of mind. I believe the oil deal says I am entitled to an oil change every 3000 miles or 3 months, whichever is first. The reminder stickers used to reflect that, this newest says 5000 miles or six months. It seems as though you are trying to control my visits now. I do not believe I have been abusing this in any way and have tried to time my visits around the 3 or 4 recalls I have had. Other than the service advisor canceling my charge for DEF, I am not at all pleased with this latest visit. More

Service Department was amazing, as always I took my 2019 Jeep in for an oil change and for what i thought was an issue with the heating/cooling system. The oil change was completed within 1/2 I took my 2019 Jeep in for an oil change and for what i thought was an issue with the heating/cooling system. The oil change was completed within 1/2 hour. The issue with the heater turned out to be a government requirement that fresh air needs to be introduced into the system occasionally, so cooking one minute and then getting blasted with cool air is a normal result of this mandate. Tim in the service department was very understanding of my concerns and explained the reasoning for it. More

Turning a negative to a positive I had just totaled my 2015 corolla and was feeling down but needed to find a replacement car. My mom recommended I look into a Jeep. When I got to the dealership I was greeted quickly and voiced my situation and when the associate realized I was probably a bit picky in what I was looking for (I have never liked suvs), he introduced me to Brian. He allowed me tell him everything I disliked , which being in sales myself is the last thing I want to hear a customer talk about, and still managed to talk it out and narrow down some options. Brian was so personable and patient. When I decided on the Cherokee he even went out of the way to take a second drive to show me more color options which I ended up finding the one I loved. I didn’t plan on purchasing that day but with the service Brian gave and the atmosphere he created, as well as the other gentleman at the dealership, they were able to turn a very defeating situation of totaling my car into a fun, humorous, exciting purchase.
