I think I was the one who made this more difficult than it had to be, and they were patient and understanding of my needs. We ended up buying 2 HD trucks from them, both had to be brought in. and we are pretty happy. More

Service department was very helpful in getting me an UBER ri The UBER ride was great since I had just missed the shuttle and it wouldn't be back soon. I was pleased that they found the problem with the heat on the side of the car where there had been an airbag recall. They charged a diagnostic fee of $95.00 and got the car back to me with the "problem" fixed. The technician said when he brought the car around that the motor for the blen (sp) door could have gotten unplugged. So, I had to pay the diagnostic fee to fix the "problem"? More

Not great I originally came in for an oil change on a car I bought brand new from this dealership a few years ago, and for a small oil leak. Dropped the car off I originally came in for an oil change on a car I bought brand new from this dealership a few years ago, and for a small oil leak. Dropped the car off and when I received a call from Dave about what they found the conversation was rushed and I wasn’t able to ask questions, he seemed in a hurry but told me my car could use $1.4k in fluid flushes and new spark plugs, nothing about a coolant leak. Some of that’s included in my initial review. When I got back home, an hour north of the dealership, I noticed a leak under my car that my husband took some pictures of. When Dave called me to discuss my poor review I told him about the leak and we set a time for me to drive an hour back down to have it checked out. in this follow up conversation I experienced the same rush, I was interrupted when I was trying to explain what was happening with my car, similar to my initial interaction when I had the oil change. I brought the car back to be checked for a leak and after an hour or so Dave came and brought me from the waiting room all the way back to the service area where he and the initial service tech had my car raised. He pointed to the car and told me there were no leaks, everything was fine, don’t know what the problem was, have a good day. I pulled out three different pictures of the leak, he took the light stick and immediately found a bright pink leak coming from the heater hose. He then lowers the car and we can all three see hot pink crusted in multiple spots, clear as day to the naked eye. Dave told me that usually the engine has a cover so that’s why they couldn’t see it, (the cover was off when they brought it down, so presumably it had been off when they raised it up... pink clearly visible.) and that it was clearly an old leak due to the crustiness of the pink. I started to ask him how they could have missed it while telling me I need to pay $1.4k for other services, but I wasn’t able to finish before he walked across the car to the coolant container and started telling me about how hoses work. I had to stop him and I respectfully told him that a huge part of my original review was the fact that he wasn’t listening to me, and now he’s literally walking away and speaking while I’m still talking to him. The initial mechanic apologized for having missed the leak when doing the inspection and Dave said they would fix the hose for the cost of the part only (turns out that wasn’t the truth either, as I was able to speak to someone and get the part through the service department at the actual cost of the part, $30 cheaper than I was quoted). We scheduled another hour long drive down for the following Monday, and as I attempted to ask Dave if they were going to redo the oil change (another part of the story, but not the most relevant, to my eye the oil still looked super dirty, so they were going to redo it, the service sensor also said the oil change hadn’t been done, but I’m not totally sure, the level of service I received didn’t leave me confident). He once again interrupted me and said “you can stand here and watch him change the oil if you want.” At no point was I rude, even though I was treated in an extremely condescending manner, and the person I dealt with in service can attest to that, I don’t want to mention his name in such a bad review, lest it make him look bad when he was actually amazing. I bought this car brand new from this dealership five years ago and have never had a poor experience, but this has been ridiculous. I have driven a total of 6 hours round trip when this will be completed (I’m assuming successfully) even freezing in the out buildings I had much better experiences. What would have happened to my car if I didn’t have the pictures of the leak my husband had taken? What trouble would that have bought me down the line if I had taken their word for it when they made a big show about walking me out there an hour after it had been taken back.... the leak stops when the car cools off, so it’s handy that I was taken back to “verify” there was no leak pretty quickly after it would have stopped leaking. If I didn’t have the pictures and didn’t have the xxxxx to stand up for myself to two professionals telling my there was no leak I fear my car would have ended up with a much bigger problem. This is the only time I’ve ever been in this business and felt like I was being treated like a “woman” as opposed to a “person”. It’s not something I ever really encounter, but this entire experience was ridiculous and unprofessional, from being rushed, not allowed to finish my sentences, to my car just straight up not being serviced the way I paid for it to be. The leak was hot pink. All over. I do not want a follow up call from Dave again. More
