Used car purchase The services while buying the car and the trade in went well, however the car was not cleaned at all and we left it there for a few hours that day and The services while buying the car and the trade in went well, however the car was not cleaned at all and we left it there for a few hours that day and even brought it back the next day for 4 hours and it still was not cleaned properly. Because of all of the animal hair in it we are going to have to pay to have it cleaned. Not happy with that at all. More

Waiting times extensive, service marginal I have been a customer of Lithia since 2010 and purchased three vehicles from you, in the beginning I felt good about the dealership, I now after spen I have been a customer of Lithia since 2010 and purchased three vehicles from you, in the beginning I felt good about the dealership, I now after spending countless hours in the waiting room with no resolve to my issues with the vehicles have a different perspective. The first issue was a 8 hour wait in the old waiting area while they tried to balance a tire on my NEW 2016 Ram, back and forth 4 test drives to figure out a vibration which I indicated to them originally was a bad tire. Final resolution after 8 hrs. of messing with it? A bad tire, replaced and problem was solved. I have been in twice complaining about the electronic shift as it has in the last couple of months left us unable to get the truck in gear. Happened again four days ago and would not go in any gear, just a flashing yellow light. Turned truck off for half hour and it's working again. The answer from the service department is there is "Nothing Wrong?" so reluctant to bring it in again. Last week we waited 2 1/2 hrs. because for the Second Time we brought our new Dodge Caravan in as we have oil leaking on the garage floor. Resolution? Bring it back in a week and we will check it again we can't find a leak. When I dropped my truck off for service someone put a sizable dent in the door, I turned it into my insurance co. for a 1200 dollar claim, your service dept. admitted the damage was done there but wanted to try and remove the dent with no bodyshop just a dent repair service? My offer from the service dept. was a free tank of gas. We came out from service and someone parked our car literally sandwiched between two others where I could barely squeeze in, I mean tight! I am 77 yrs old and not as limber as I once was. Our new van has a vibration which your service team said was balance on the tires but two of the tires were defective and would not pass a load test. These are NEW Goodyear Assurance tires that were almost a thousand dollars! They charged us 75.00 for the balance and told me to go back to Goodyear the tires were bad. I drove to Goodyear on West 11th and they checked all the tires and verified they were good and one of the wheels was out of round. I went back to Lithia, same day mind you roughly an hour later and told them what I was told at Goodyear, they denied the one wheel was bad, it was the tire!! They once again put it on the machine and now it suddenly passes the load test??? Another test ride and they tell us it's better now by 80%. It is better now, but, I feel the wheel which was shown to me on a balance machine should have been replaced as a defective manufacturer warranty. They refused. We still have the vibration at times and I am very reluctant to return, this last fiasco caused me to spend the entire day from 9 am to 4 pm at your service dept. once again. No resolution! I have written numerous times in response to surveys I receive and have never gotten a response. My opinion of Lithia has reached a all time low and I am considering a Subaru and a different dealer that has service that is productive and truly values it's customers, I don't feel Lithia really cares once the sale is complete. When it comes to the point I can't drive the van and be happy with it I will most likely look elsewhere. Thank You, Jerry L. Martin More
