He jumped in the car, was able to reproduce it, and helped isolate it with the mechanic team. I really appreciate him going above and beyond to keep me from having to keep coming back. Deceitful Drove over 100 miles to purchase a car from this dealership. They didn’t have 2 keys which was never disclosed to me until document signing. The car had just been “detailed” and smelled of cinnamon. Once I got the vehicle home and let it sit for a night I figured out why. The previous owner smoked terribly and now the car wreaks of cigarette smoke! Poor experience, I hate liars. More
