LOF/Tire Rotation I asked to have the tires rotated on the car since it had been about 7,500 miles since the last time it was done. When I called back in, I was told that since the tread depth was uniform across all four tires, they didn't do what I had asked for (deemed it unnecessary). If for some reason a request like this is being changed on the fly, you really should call that to a customer's attention and offer an explanation as to why you don't think it should done and let the customer make the ultimate decision... Very professional and Devin in Finance did a good job helping me fill out the paperwork. They even let me put the car on a lift to check out the undercarriage. Charged over $500.00 to replace a part that was fine. The service advisor insisted several time that our Durango needed a water pump even though it had just been replaced. We had the part checked and it was in perfect condition, The only possibility is that their mechanics are either scammers or don't know how to diagnose a part.
