They didn't take too long before letting me know that after trying to patch the hole in my tire, it did't seem salvageable. I appreciated the fact that instead of trying to sell me a new tire, they tried to first fix it. I did't ever feel like i was being sold something i didn't need. The tech that I spoke to the evening before was rude, dismissive, not helpful and had no customer service skills. I was going to write a scathing review of how I was treated on the phone. When I arrived, Mike was so helpful, explained everything in detail and helped me figure out a solution to my problem. Not at all what I expected. Since Mike and Seth were helpful, I could not rate them poorly. I wish I would've gotten the name of the poor service advisor because he needs to take lessons from a couple of his teammates. More
Great experience at Lithia Dodge! I dropped my Charger off at 5 pm for an oil change. I knew it was last-minute, but it was overdue and it was my best available time. I had a great experience buying a new Fiat from Lithia CDJRF I had a most satisfying experience buying a new car from Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Eugene. The salesman, Dakota Griesel, took me seaml I had a most satisfying experience buying a new car from Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Eugene. The salesman, Dakota Griesel, took me seamlessly through the process of ordering my vehicle, which had to be transferred from the Chrysler dealer in Portland to Lithia Chrysler...etc. in Eugene. This was only because I wanted a new Fiat 124 Spider with a manual gearbox instead of an automatic transmission, and the Portland dealer had one of those that also came in the classic Italian roadster red body color. Dakota exhibited a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and has a friendly, upbeat demeanor that new car buyers like to see in a car salesman, without subjecting me to any sales pressure that was common in the industry years ago. The finance manager J.C. also helped me secure an auto loan, and processed my down payment with the same excellent level of service as Dakota has exhibited. I had one minor problem with the Fiat after driving it home. I checked the tire pressures, and they were all grossly over-inflated to 50 psi, whereas 29 psi is the manufacturer’s recommended cold tire pressure. Further, the front passenger side tire had a defective stem valve that I’ve had replaced already at Les Schwab Tire in Florence. NOTE: I realize this is NO FAULT of the Sales Department, but Lithia CDJRF of Eugene should be aware that other new cars delivered from the factory – or from another Chrysler dealer – may also have grossly over-inflated tires. DOES YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT GIVE NEWLY DELIVERED VEHICLES A CURSORY INSPECTION AFTER THEY ARRIVE? I would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a new FCA automobile that they first visit Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Eugene! Many thanks to you all! The almost 3 hour oil change I work 6 days a week Monday - Saturday. I just bought a 2019 Ram 1500 from you guys. The salesman I bought it from was a great guy but the finance man I work 6 days a week Monday - Saturday. I just bought a 2019 Ram 1500 from you guys. The salesman I bought it from was a great guy but the finance manager tried to bully me into buying gap and through a fit when I said NO. I wanted all of my service to be done by you guys so I brought my truck in this week at 11:52AM. Every service writer seemed annoyed. I wasn't even greeted when I came in. The mechanics looked tired. I checked in multiple times with the service writer and finally at 2:02PM and said it was about 10 minutes from being done. The mechanic finally came in at 2:26PM and turned the keys over to me. The service writer comped my oil change and I was late to work...... SUPER FRUSTRATING. Is there anything you guys can do to make my experience better? More
