I had to return my vehicle to their shop (4) times in one week because of work performed. If I did not have lifetime oil changes through them I would never go back. As it is I will be doing a very thorough investigation of my rig when I pick it up for a simple oil change. If I took the time to write down everything that happened to me over the past week, you would probably not believe me and it would be like reading a short book. More
