I have a brand new jeep grand Cherokee that has a rattle in the passenger door. I brought this in to get fixed, and the parts had to be ordered. The following week I called again, and was transferred to parts who told me the part had been there for quite some time and that he was sorry no one had called. When I brought my car in to get the part replaced, I picked it up from being “fixed” and the rattle was worse than when I dropped it off. I called immediately and set up a time to drop the car off for a third time. When I dropped it off again, they wanted to keep it overnight and have someone else look at it. I picked it up the next day because they had to order another part. It’s now been quite a few weeks, and no phone call. I called last week and was transferred between parts and service and eventually had to leave a message. I have not heard back still. This entire process has taken months. All I want is a rattle to stop! It’s getting ridiculous! More
