originally didn’t understand warranty/ told something else . Car was in dealership too long. Service advisor did not keep me updated on service or when parts were in for fix. I had to call and check in o else . Car was in dealership too long. Service advisor did not keep me updated on service or when parts were in for fix. I had to call and check in on it. Then told over phone it was gonna cost my 250.00 deductible which I expected. Then when picking up car there was an extra 10.00 for fluid. Total of 260.00. Why should I be charged for fluid when we all know water pumps require it. Water pump of warranty. So fluid shouldn’t cost! It should be part of fix and not require customer to pick up dealer mess up! Communication would of been appreciated. Didn’t make me to happy! Especially when it’s for sure bought in bulk for dealership! More
