The representative was friendly and courteous however the support I did not receive what is disheartening. My vehicle has just over 40k miles and just fell out of the standard warranty (3/36) however I paid support I did not receive what is disheartening. My vehicle has just over 40k miles and just fell out of the standard warranty (3/36) however I paid for a complete extension (7/70.). There is a major leak coming into the cab whenever it rains and has caused mildew growth in the cab. Basically left the service center with “we cannot help you.” So as much as this may be a Ram manufacturing issue from the factory, the dealership is an extension of that brand and I expect a recognition that this is a vehicle that has factory issues and should be resolved. I have had much better experiences with other named dealerships related to a brand to realize that sometimes you shouldn’t hide behind ambiguous wording in a warranty to get out of something rather than providing a customer with a experience they will respect and trust. I will not return to Ram or to any of Lithia’s businesses. Sadly I am very disappointed in a local business being unhelpful to a community resident. More

Really appreciate how they keep you informed as you go along and try to make it as easy as possible. There was a new guy at the counter when I was there and he was extra helpful considering I just had foo along and try to make it as easy as possible. There was a new guy at the counter when I was there and he was extra helpful considering I just had foot surgery and came over to the chair to help me instead of making me walk to his desk. Great people! More

Even with staffing shortages and supply chain delays, they treated me well, diagnosed the problem the day I dropped it off even though it was a week early, installed a new computer module and corrected a they treated me well, diagnosed the problem the day I dropped it off even though it was a week early, installed a new computer module and corrected a wiring short when the part arrived. Billy was there every day and saw it through. There is alot to be said for that now! More

Your repair did not work and my Jeep was spitting fuel all over the engine bay, which could easily have started a fire and burned my Jeep and I to the ground. I had to take it to the dealer in Oak Harbor all over the engine bay, which could easily have started a fire and burned my Jeep and I to the ground. I had to take it to the dealer in Oak Harbor WA for them to fix the fuel leak you were supposed to repair properly. That’s scary. More
