I finished the paperwork/deal with him and was impressed with his in person demeanor. I used to be in car sales and financing so I have a respect for the profession. This was the quickest sale of a vehicle Ive ever done, was in and out of the dealership within 90 minutes. Couldnt be happier with finding my dream car (2020 Jeep Wrangler). They said my air box snorkel needed to be replaced that it was missing a part. It drove worse after I dropped it off. A week later I opened up my hood and noticed that they didn't even clamp back down the it was missing a part. It drove worse after I dropped it off. A week later I opened up my hood and noticed that they didn't even clamp back down the air box. And part of the air box was broken and all the broken pieces were sitting in the air box. So that tells me they broke it and now they're wanting me to pay to replace it. I had changed my air filter approximately 2 months ago. And there was no broken pieces sitting in that box at that time. And no one else has worked on my car But them since I replaced it. I had a second opinion done and the second person said that this would not cause the problems I'm having. Although I feel like Dodge failed me on this one.... Seth Coffin was always very helpful and I do appreciate them not charging me for the diagnostic. But why didn't they charge me the diagnostic? Because they broke it More
