Got sticker shock for price of my oil change. It had doubled!! Was not happy. Was NOT prepared for this. Also used my personalized license plate and was told that will be cheaper so I would get the difference back. I did not. I was very impressed with being able to get the loan over the phone and approved for the vehicle with little effort. Almost to easy. I love the JEEP. Best vehicle I have ever loaned. Thank you!! More

I had my break pads replaced and from the start knew something was wrong I brought my car in 3 times. At first they said the squeak was non existing, the second time they simply oiled it and finally the something was wrong I brought my car in 3 times. At first they said the squeak was non existing, the second time they simply oiled it and finally the THIRD time they realized I had been driving my car with the wrong break pads. They then took two weeks to get the part and fix it. Therefore I had to visit the dealership 4x in order to get something they did wrong fixed More
