The mechanics at Lithia must be blind. They failed to find the RAT'S NEST under the intake manifold during their engine detailing of a used vehicle I purchased 3 weeks ago. They claimed that their mechanic checked it out and it was all good to go, now after the radiator sprung a leak I take it to the shop for them to tell me that the rats nest chewed through the thermostat wire thus causing my engine to overheat and possibly damage the head gasket. Lithia did put in new spark plug wires and spark plugs, but they failed to properly tighten one of them which caused my engine to misfire during acceleration. And I found a ratchet knuckle left on top of the air filter inside of the air box, very amateur mechanic work if you ask me. All in all, I had to spend $1100 on repairs to this used car all because Lithia's mechanics are immensely incompetent. I don't know how they could have missed a rat living in the engine, but I sure as xxxx will never buy here again, and I'll tell all my friends not to either! If you plan on buying a used car from Lithia, make sure you can afford to spend hundreds more on repairs that they may have missed! Sales people are nice, mechanics are not. More
