We bought oil changes when we bought our jeep. The problem with this service is you cannot make an appointment. You have to come in as a first come first serve customer and you compete with other cust problem with this service is you cannot make an appointment. You have to come in as a first come first serve customer and you compete with other customers who have appointments for other things. This method is not efficient for ones day. I wouldn't take my jeep back not even for the most basic oil change. "Certified" tech misdiagnosed then repaired misdiagnosed part charging 3x the labor rate of what should have been charged.
