The service department was absolutely terrible with both the service of my vehicle and customer service. I have free oil changes from them and refuse to even use them. The blatant disregard for my vehicle by that dealership truly changed my mind about even purchasing another dodge vehicle until I was serviced by the Lithia dealership in Corpus Christi. On Monday, 9/17 everything from the moment that I came in until I returned later that day was an amazing experience. Thanks for being a true and honest dealership.
