It was a nice clean dealership with plenty of room to comfortably wait in the lobby for your vehicle to be finished. Lithia is conveniently located to me. It is on a Bus line that runs every 15 minutes. I had my oil changed and tires rotated. Was out in 30 minutes. Friendly and knowledgeable technicians. I usually give Lithia 5 stars but this visit was different. On my way home after an oil change, I noticed the hood bouncing up and down. The hood had not been properly latched. I had to stop and sec different. On my way home after an oil change, I noticed the hood bouncing up and down. The hood had not been properly latched. I had to stop and secure the hood. Additionally, the Oil Life gauge alert appeared because it had not been reset. I had never experienced this before. This issues made me wonder if anything else had been forgotten. More
