If I could give no stars I would! The service is great when you're buying a new car from them. But when there's problems with your brand new car they aren't so great to deal with. I've had issues with my 2017 Jeep Renegade since I bought it and it was brand new with only 4 miles on it. I've been taking it in to their service center multiple times and have never had the problem fixed. Each time they treated me like I was crazy for telling them there is something wrong with my car because they couldn't figure out what it was This was my first brand new car and they ruined this experience for me. I will never buy another car from them and I highly recommend other people dont too. Make the drive to go to a better dealership More

Fixed water pump in my Challenger Travelling from Washington and the water pump went out. When the tow truck got to the dealer, Paul and his team were right on it.
