Lithia MISSOULA took good care of me! I bought a brand new Dodge Durango Oct. 1, 2017 from Lithia N. Spokane because they did not have the style I wanted in Missoula. Big mistake. My vehic I bought a brand new Dodge Durango Oct. 1, 2017 from Lithia N. Spokane because they did not have the style I wanted in Missoula. Big mistake. My vehicle's back up camera was broken, back panel had been hacked into, wiring was tore up behind the panel, they only gave me 3 days to register my car, they continually sent the wrong paperwork to Missoula county and to me, and told me not to worry that everything on the vehicle would be fixed quickly .........5 months later, March 7, 2018, Chad was able to work through N.Spokane's mess/shipping two different parts (one on backorder for 3 months) and present me finally with my "new" Durango; everything working beautifully. Horribly stressful for me and I'm sure I wasn't a delight to deal with either, but Chad listened to me and I now drive a beautiful vehicle. I hope that Missoula will have the vehicle I need next time, because I will never go to Lithia N. Spokane again!! More
