The entire service staff has always been courteous, professional, and accurate to what parts and service I needed on my truck. They have never tried to " upsell" unneeded parts or service. All the work done was reliable and I have never had to return to correct anything.. It was always done right the first time.. I cannot say that about other dealership's service, that I have had to use in the past, especially out of state.. Many times the service work is finished earlier than quoted... I have dealt with Dallas and Chad for almost all the service work on my truck, and I thoroughly recommend them, the mechanics, and the dealership .. On more than one occasion, I have rearranged my schedule, while out of state, to return home in order that this dealership can work on my vehicle....
