Routine Oil Change I felt that cracking in was very good and the waiting area was great, especially for my two boys. The entire service staff has always been courteous, professional, and accurate to what parts and service I needed on my truck. They have never tried to " upsell" unneeded parts or service. All the work done was reliable and I have never had to return to correct anything.. It was always done right the first time.. I cannot say that about other dealership's service, that I have had to use in the past, especially out of state.. Many times the service work is finished earlier than quoted... I have dealt with Dallas and Chad for almost all the service work on my truck, and I thoroughly recommend them, the mechanics, and the dealership .. On more than one occasion, I have rearranged my schedule, while out of state, to return home in order that this dealership can work on my vehicle.... I have in the past, and will continue to recommend Lithia Dodge of Missoula to those needing service on their Dodge products.. More
