I drove an hour+ to get to my appointment. Thete was an accident and I was late. BEN OWINGS turned me away and rescheduled for 2 weeks out. For my second appointment. The previous day I had jad a bad accident and ended up I n the ER with a broken nose. I showed up to my appointment at 8:00am with a badly bruised snd swollen face, black eye and broken . Clearly in pain. A friend picked me up and around 11:30am I left BEN a message asking for an update. My friend had to be to work at noon and dropped me in midtown approximately 5 miles from your dealership. I was in país tired and wanting to go home. I called BEN and asked if someone could come and get me to return to the dealership. He said no he didn't have anyone. I started walkkng to the dealership. Due to my injuries, it took me 2 and a half h o urs to walk to the dealership. I had to sit down frequently as aI was in país and becsme lightheaded. I thiught a woukd fall down igbi didn't sit down. The service dephad hsf my vechsince 8am. It was after 3:00pm when I arrived back at the dealership. My vehicle is still NOT FIXED! I left BEN OWINGS a message that afternoon. I have n I t received a callback. More
