Dropped off for oil change and also to ask about engine light that came on. Was able to get in for oil change which was the only reason I gave a 2 instead of 1. Service advisor said couldn't get in for che light that came on. Was able to get in for oil change which was the only reason I gave a 2 instead of 1. Service advisor said couldn't get in for check engine light for another week and would cost $290 to diagnose on top of $200 deductible of covered by warranty. I have been coming to Jeep for 10 years on this vehicle and never had to wait a week to get in, and not pay an additional diagnosis fee on top of warrant deductible. This was a New service advisor assigned since Charlie left. More
