Totally unsatisfactory. They screwed up and serviced the wrong vehicle, tried to get me to pay for replacing filters that were not mine and charged me for service on someone They screwed up and serviced the wrong vehicle, tried to get me to pay for replacing filters that were not mine and charged me for service on someone elses vehicle. After paying I noticed that the key fob was not mine. That is when they figured out they serviced the wrong vehicle. After 2 hours I finally got my vehicle, serviced, and I was not charged due to the screw up. I appreciate that gesture, but the experience was the worst I have ever had at a dealer service center. I purchased the vehicle new at this dealer and have only had it serviced there. No more! More

Dealer is good, did their best to help. Service is ok but my experience has been they treat clients as a pain with ill intent, I get it that sometimes people try to get more than required b Service is ok but my experience has been they treat clients as a pain with ill intent, I get it that sometimes people try to get more than required by the department bit they really need to work on positive intent from the customer. The service management is very grumpy, some worse than others and verbally criticized a co worker in front of customers. More
