I am overall satisfied with the service I received. The job was done well in the end and my Jeep came back cleaner than it has been since I bought it. My Jeep was at the service center for about a week, part of which included diagnostics, ordering parts, and then repair. I did not received a single status updates except when I reached out and even then I would not always receive an update before end of day. Foe these longer term services, Establishing a cadence of communication and setting expectations with a customer would be helpful and ease frustration of not knowing when to expect things to be done.
