As such, our store is following all CDC guidelines for hygiene, sanitation and social-distancing. We do a pre-employment screening for any symptoms of illness before every shift for employees. If they don't pass the screening before their shift they are not allowed to come to work that day. We also provide a free COVID-19 hotline where they can speak with a RN or doctor. We provide medical benefits for our employees, sick time and paid time off that can be utilized.
