My only problem with the dealership is this ridiculous survey. I have wasted 30 plus minutes trying to answer this particular question. The reason people are willing to fill out surveys is because the are easy and fast. This is neither. The person who came up with this particular question is a freaking idiot and should lose their job over this alone. I have tried at least 12 times to submit my answers but it keeps saying this question has not been answered. My suggestion is not to worry about your associates who are selling the cars but the idiot who designed this survey they need to be terminated along with the person who is demanding we fill this out. Nick was great, everyone else we came into contact with was great. This survey would get an F in my book, make it easier and more user friendly if you want people to fill it out!!! More

He is diligent in watching for any problems that may arise, very helpful for a recently widowed woman who knows little about servicing my vehicle. Last month I drove into the dealership w/a minor problem and he helped me immeadiately. He also gave me a free wash and vacuum after my last repair. He is my 'go to' guy when I have a question or problem w/my Ford Edge. This offsets the difficult time I had negotiating the sale of my vehicle in 2010. More

I own a 2006 Ford F-150 and have been buying parts lately for my pickup and Ed Gomez has been my parts guy at Broadway Ford. Ed has been very helpful locating parts for me, getting what's least expensive and for my pickup and Ed Gomez has been my parts guy at Broadway Ford. Ed has been very helpful locating parts for me, getting what's least expensive and the best quality. I needed a door trim piece and the dealer part was very expensive. Ed recommended I go a near-by wrecking yard for the part. I did and bought the OEM part for a fraction what new would have cost. I will always go back to Broadway Ford and talk to Ed. When I need parts for my Ford truck I know Ed will give me honest advice and help me keep my vehicle running and looking great. More

Broadway Ford has serviced my 99 250SD for 12 years. Under their "Owner Advantage" program, I had earned a free oil change. Ken also informed me of some upcoming maintenance the truck would need, but did not pressure me to do it now, nor did he try to perform unnecessary work. They were all very friendly, courteous, and helpful, and I would recommend their service to any Ford owner. They have kept my truck in good condition at 112322 miles, and I expect it to run several hundred thousand more. More
