Battery replacement on 2012 Ford Fusion Freida is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She is a pleasure to deal with. I had my vehicle towed there to replace battery. I also inquired about a "recall," which was supposed to have been handled in Jul/Aug of this year, but did not occur. I explained to Freida that the employee who was handling this stated (after my vehicle had been there for five hours) that they did not have the upgrade for my vehicle, and he did not know when they would receive it. I never received any follow-up from this employee or Ford. When I told Freida about this, she handled it. Ford is fortunate to have Freida as an employee. More
