Lithia Hyundai of Anchorage - Service Center

We made an appointment 1 month in advance for them to keep my car 7 days to check an electrical issue while I was on vacation. We also needed an oil change. When we went back for the car 8 days later t keep my car 7 days to check an electrical issue while I was on vacation. We also needed an oil change. When we went back for the car 8 days later they said they had no work order, hadn't done anything, and didn't even know where my car was on their lot. There were 2 service tags hanging on the rear view mirror so someone knew it was there. I use my car for work and haven't had time to deal with this. The service manager gave us his card but we haven't heard anything from him in over a month. I tried both numbers on his card today since my oil is past due too and the electrical issue continues but neither number worked. The personal number didn'texist and the work number rang but no answer and no option to leave a message. I called the service number at Lithia and left a message, nobody returned this call either. I love my Hyundai but am very disappointed in the service we received, or should I say lack of service. More
