My appointment had to be rescheduled because the first time I had scheduled it and dropped my car off they didn’t do the work because they “couldn’t find the appointment in the system.” The service depart time I had scheduled it and dropped my car off they didn’t do the work because they “couldn’t find the appointment in the system.” The service department has had multiple issues for me not being open on time to drop off my car so I can go to work. Also when I got a text from the service liaison that said to text if I needed anything else, they didn’t do the service I requested by text, and the car wasn’t ready when I came it pick it up. I loved the service I received from the sales department unfortunately that hasn’t translated to their service department. More

We found a car we were interested online and easily scheduled a test drive. When we got there, the car was warmed up, which was very nice. We noticed that the windshield wiper fluid was not working an scheduled a test drive. When we got there, the car was warmed up, which was very nice. We noticed that the windshield wiper fluid was not working and notified the dealer. He told us it was probably a low fluid level. There was also a very large crack in the windshield that was not disclosed and I had to negotiate for a lower price. We liked the salesman, and bargaining for a fair price wasn’t miserable like it usually is and we ultimately decided to purchase. I wish they had been upfront and told me there was only one key fob with the car, which are expensive and would have factored into my purchase price. I then went to a gas station and filled up the windshield washer fluid, which was actually full. I then had to return the car because it was not safe to drive home with the mud and grime on the road. They fixed it the next day, but it took two days to get someone to detail the car. I am not confident at all in their inspection process and still do not have inspection reports that I was promised. I bought a warrantee which gives me more confidence and am happy with my purchase but I thought the dealership could have been more transparent. It kind of felt like going to a much lower quality dealership. More
