They deserve no stars this is the worst unethical business I've ever dealt with. They lie about everthing add stuff that you dont want never was allowed to be shown the contract or numbers was asked business I've ever dealt with. A day later I noticed my car lurking, running real rough as though the engine was “missing”. I called the dealership and got no response, a second time and got no response as no one in the service department ever answers the phone. I sent an email to the Manager, and the service manager and never got a response. I have purchased two Hyundais from those folks but will in the future opt for a Honda or Toyota. I have been calling for nearly 2 months about concerns I've had since LESS THAN 24 HOURS AFTER PURCHASING MY VEHICLE and have not been helped. I have called a total of 141 times, have had 4 calls answered I've had since LESS THAN 24 HOURS AFTER PURCHASING MY VEHICLE and have not been helped. I have called a total of 141 times, have had 4 calls answered of the 141 attempts to reach service, and sales was no help either. I've called and text my service advisor and his manager multiple times with no response. I was just told today I'd have to pay a diagnostic fee of $210 for concerns I've been calling about since the evening I purchased my vehicle. My gas door does not open, I have trim missing from my door, no floor mats in my vehicle, I had to pay $215 to replace my car battery within 45 days of purchasing my vehicle, my car wouldn't start and I was forced to tow my vehicle from Los Baños to Fresno after being stranded with my young child, the dash states "Keyless Entry Start Problem", I had to spend $200 to get a second key made for my vehicle since there was only one provided; the list goes on. I have not been helped, I have left many of voicemail requesting information or assistance or to just return the vehicle. I have been brushed off, spoken to extremely rudely, I've been failed every single step of the way since October 22 and would like my concerns to be escalated and addressed in a very timely manner. I've been promised call backs from Steven and Luis on 3 separate occasions and have not heard back from them. More
Went in to look at cars and a sells man approached us ask us if we were looking or buying. I told him I was thinking of buying a used car. He asked if we would sit down and start a credit application we said us if we were looking or buying. I told him I was thinking of buying a used car. Whenever even seen the car. They wanted 18,000 at 26 percent interest I looked at him and said noway I'm paying for a 18,000 car at that interest rate. The car was only worth 14,000. The dells man was just a crook.and the rest of the people that helped to try to screw an older couple are part of a dealership that more than likely tries to screw everyone that walks into their doors. I would go on about the rest of the story but it would take to long. All I can say is don't buy a car from this dealer they are the most dishonest place I ever have done business with. Watch out for The finance manager she is as shady as they come.no one ever returns your calls. At any rate I didn't buy a car from them they are a dirty dealership . More
