Thank you for responding. I appreciate your willingness to discuss my concerns further. My frustration comes from the financial impact caused by the delayed processing of my service contract cancellation and the lack of clear disclosure during the sales and financing process. I cancelled the $2,000 service contract on 04/01/2024 while it was still active. However, the cancellation was not processed until recently, which caused my loan balance to remain higher for nearly two years and allowed additional interest to accrue. While the refund has now been applied, the delay created unnecessary financial harm. In addition, I continue to have concerns regarding the disclosure of optional add-ons during the purchase process, including the LoJack/theft-deterrent product and the overall financing terms. I do not believe I fully understood the financial impact of these products at the time of signing, especially given the electronic signing process and lack of meaningful opportunity to review the documents beforehand. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss a fair resolution regarding the financial impact caused by the delayed cancellation and the concerns surrounding disclosure during the transaction. WARNING !!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM Lithia Hyundai of Fresno. BRADLEY C. has no interest in handling this service cancellation contract issue like he claimed in his response to my review, he wont even get on the phone or talk to me in person either. HE ONLY RESPONDED for show, absolutely no truth to the comment he made.Bradley is just a deceitful and has no desire to make things rite .THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE & THE WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR IF YOUR SHOPING FOR ONE..BBB gives them a big fat F and so do I. For their deceitful sales tactics hidden contracts fees they add without buyer knowledge and lies they tell to continue doing this to anyone buying a car from them.. Lithia will keep seeing me on a regular basis just so I can inform as many people as possible NOT TO BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE, leavng reviews any and everywhere possible to keep people away, and file disputes against them until someone holds them accountable for their actions.
