Roma was very pleasant! I liked the fact that she sent me a text confirming that our phones were connecting, then texted me when the car was ready. Downside of waiting room: the couches need to be replaced as the seats are way broken down, making them uncomfortable to sit in and get out of. They are also on the low side. I liked the fact that a brief video was made for me of the oil change explaining what was done and recommendations. Downside of video: voice blurred out a little when making the recommendations on video. Upside: my paperwork contained those recommendations and estimated price to fix. Upside: my car was parked close by when ready to be picked up and Roma walked me to my car and offered to pull it around for me , sensing that would have been difficult for me to do so. Roma is a real credit to your company and made this a pleasant experience for me! More

I came to Lithia Hyundai of Fresno seriously interested in buying a car. I worked with Raul several times over the course of a week. I was upfront about my situation — I had my financing and cosigner lined in buying a car. I worked with Raul several times over the course of a week. I was upfront about my situation — I had my financing and cosigner lined up and was just waiting to finalize my down payment. I stayed in constant communication with Raul and even came by multiple times to show I was serious about purchasing. Throughout the week, I was told the 2019 Hyundai Ioniq I was looking at would be available for me. Then, without warning, I was informed it had been sold to someone else. No courtesy call, no heads-up that another buyer was in the mix — nothing. After all that time and effort, I was simply told “these cars move fast,” as if that excused wasting my time. To make matters worse, they immediately tried to pivot me into a completely different vehicle — older, higher mileage, and more expensive. When I pushed back, the response I got from management was dismissive and unprofessional (“hopefully you can move quicker on your next vehicle”). This was a textbook bait-and-switch experience. If Lithia really values customers, they should communicate honestly and treat serious buyers with respect. Instead, I felt strung along, misled, and then brushed off. I walked away, and I won’t be back. Buyers beware- you should go literally anywhere else. More

I purchased a car from Lithia Hyundai of Fresno recently and I had received an email from one of the sales managers that goes by the name "Moose" offering me 3 years of Free oil changes with the purchase of and I had received an email from one of the sales managers that goes by the name "Moose" offering me 3 years of Free oil changes with the purchase of any vehicle on the lot. Of course I responded to his email saying yes I would live free oil changes but it's been over a month of emailing him and also trying to call the dealership on several occasions to speak to him or anyone else that could help me with this. He has not responded to any of my emails and when I call im told he's with a customer. I've asked to speak with his manager or someone over him & im told that someone will return my call but no one ever does. Moose should honor his offer he made to me or he should not be sending offers like this if he never has any intentions on honoring what he is offering to customers. What a man of his words. With all the awards they seem to have received for Best Customer Service to me they are fake and nothing but a joke. How said that they feel they have to lie to get customers in to buy their cars. If I knew this was how they carried themselves and how the lie and make fake offers I would of never bought a car from them. More
